How is the tier calculated? When you configure your community in Vecinly, the system counts the total number of properties and assigns the tier automatically. You don't have to do anything manually. The price is displayed before confirming any subscription.
Parking, storage and commercial units. Each main dwelling includes at no extra cost 2 car spaces, 1 motorcycle space and 1 storage unit. Units exceeding these limits, as well as commercial premises or other separate properties, are added to the total count and may change the assigned tier.
