The Free plan is permanent, not a trial: it includes a noticeboard, neighbour and tenant management, emergency alerts and 1 active incident, up to 50 homes. Chat, bookings and documents are on Standard and Complete; meetings with minutes, accounting and surveys only on Complete.

The president generates an invitation link from the platform. Each neighbour opens it, asks to join the community and the president approves the request.
Yes. Vecinly complies with the GDPR. The community's data is hosted in the EU, on Scaleway servers in Paris; traffic is encrypted with TLS and fields containing personal data are stored encrypted. To run the service we use providers for authentication, payments, invoicing, SMS and analytics, all listed in the privacy policy. We never sell your data.
Yes. There is no minimum term. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings panel and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Yes. Up to 200 homes the price goes by tiers; above that you pay per home: €0.125 a month or €1.25 a year on the Standard plan, and €0.175 a month or €1.75 a year on Complete, VAT included. It is a published price: there are no custom quotes.
