Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the settings panel. If you upgrade the plan, you pay only the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the new price is applied to the next billing cycle.
Yes, you can add or remove properties at any time. By doing so, the system automatically recalculates the tier and shows you the new price before confirming the change. There are no service interruptions.
No, there is no minimum permanence. You can cancel without obligation at any time. If you do, you will simply continue to have access until your already paid month or year ends.
Not directly, no. The platform is free for each resident. The cost is a community-level subscription — like utilities or building insurance for shared spaces — managed as a common expense.
