How is the tier calculated? When you configure your community in Vecinly, the system counts the total number of properties and assigns the tier automatically. You don't have to do anything manually. The price is displayed before confirming any subscription.

Yes. You can move up or down a plan from the settings panel. If you upgrade, you only pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the new price applies from the next billing cycle.
Yes, you can add or remove properties at any time. The system recalculates the tier automatically and shows you the new price before you confirm the change. There is no interruption to the service.
No, there is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with no obligation. If you do, you simply keep access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.
Not directly. The platform is free for each resident. The cost is a community-level subscription, like the lighting in the common areas or the building insurance, handled as one more shared expense.
