Pricing
Price per community from €5.90 a month, VAT included
One subscription per community, not per owner: the community pays it, not each household. Published price and no lock-in; above 200 homes you pay per home, from €0.125 a month. The Free plan includes a noticeboard, neighbour and tenant management, emergency alerts and 1 active incident; chat is on Standard and Complete, and meetings with minutes, accounting and surveys are on Complete.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on the law of each country, and in most of them, yes. In Spain, the Horizontal Property Act (Ley 49/1960) lets the president or another owner take on the administrator and secretary roles. In Ireland, the owners' management company set up under the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 is run by its directors, who are owners themselves. What does not go away is the work: accounts, meeting notices, minutes and debt claims still have to be done, and whoever signs them is responsible. Vecinly exists so that work gets done and documented. If the community would rather hire a property manager, Vecinly works with them too.
No. Vecinly guides you through recording fees, expenses and levies step by step and shows the balance visually so anyone can follow it.
Up to 200 homes, between €59 and €349 a year depending on the number of properties and the plan; above that, €1.25 per home a year on Standard and €1.75 on Complete. It is a price per community, not per owner, with VAT included and no lock-in. The Free plan is permanent up to 50 homes and includes a noticeboard, neighbour and tenant management, emergency alerts and 1 active incident; meetings with minutes, accounting and surveys are on Complete.
Yes. Vecinly works in the browser on any device, including your phone. The native app is also on the App Store and Google Play.
