Yes. The multi-community dashboard lets you view and manage all your communities from one administrator account. Switch between communities with one click, without logging out.
Yes, the subscription is paid by each community (the president). As the manager you get access included to the panel of all communities you manage in Vecinly at no extra cost.
No problem. You can simultaneously manage communities that use Vecinly and others that don't. But in practice, once presidents see the dashboard and automatic notifications, they rarely want to go back.
The multi-community dashboard is included at no extra cost: you manage every community that grants you access from a single account. We are still defining specific terms for firms with a portfolio; there is no commission programme for now.
Vecinly works independently and complementarily. It doesn't require integration with other systems. You can use it alongside your current accounting software while you transition.
